This ±1,7 hectare land boasts an breathtaking view on the Indian Ocean. The land is set on ±1,7 hectares located in Gaura, south-west Sumba, not far from the world famous 5 star Nihiwatu eco-resort.
There is a direct access road to the land: government road then private road agreed upon in the certificate.
Electricity was non-existent in most areas until recently. Power cables are now being installed along some of the roads not far from the land. An electricity cable could be pulled from the power line from the main road to the land.
The water situation is the same as everywhere in Sumba. Water can be bought by cubic tonnes and brought to the land by trucks. The alternative would be to dig a well. Wells are very common now in Sumba as some companies are already there with the proper equipment to dig. Water can be found very easiy in the ground just about anywhere on the west part of the island.
